DJ Phil is a disc jockey and producer in Chicago, Illinois. He is known for his work within the Teklife collective. DJ Phil has developed a style that blends traditional footwork elements with melodic and experimental sounds. He has released several projects, including Back to the Beginning, Lost Files, and Boarding Pass : Prelude To The Flight.^[1]^[2]

	DJ Phil, has evolved from a protegee and student of the late DJ Rashad to one of the most ambitious core members of Chicago's a Teklife collective.
