E.C. Illa (also known as WhiteFolks) is an American rapper and producer from Chicago, Illinois. There is no Wikipedia article for this subject. He began his career in 1990 as a member of the rap and production collective Ill State Assassins,[1] which included other Chicago notable figures such as Twista and The Legendary Traxster.[2]
