DeWayne Holmes (1958 - February 16, 2017) was a record promoter, promotions manager, and founder of the promotional company Jaguar Entertainment from Chicago's West Side.

Holmes worked as the Promotions and Marketing Midwest Management for Universal Music Group, J Records, Epic, Capitol, and Interscope Records and as the producer for the Black History Show, Know Your Heritage.

He worked in the Chicago area throughout the 90's and 2000's in promotions and events management.
