Julian Akins, better known by his stage name Judgemental, is a rapper from Chicago. Akins is part of the rap duo Kinetic Order along with Rob Bradford, better known as Rob Free. There is no Wikipedia article for this subject.

In 1994, the duo went to New York City to attend the New Music Seminar, where Judgemental won the annual Battle for World Supremacy rap battle.[1]
