Cush

Sharone Ivey (born June 19, 1992 in Chicago, Illinois), known professionally as Cush, is an emcee. He began developing his lyrical skills at the age of 13 and was actively writing and performing by 15. Cush first started battling in the 7th grade, competing with classmates and honing his craft through local engagements. He later gained experience in music management through his work with a local production company, Priscy Productions, where he also learned the fundamentals of music production. This led him to begin producing his own beats and tracks, which he performed at events such as Priscy Productions’ 7th and 8th Annual Expos and the Afro-Flow Tour. He also participated in school performances, including poetry readings.
