Jarad Anthony Higgins (December 2, 1998 - December 9, 2019), also known as Juice Wrld, was an emcee from Chicago, Illinois. He rose to prominence with tracks such as “Lucid Dreams” and “Legends,” which addressed themes of mental health, heartbreak, and substance use. Originating from the South Suburbs of Chicago, Juice Wrld became recognized for his freestyling ability and emotionally expressive style. His career was marked by rapid success before his death in 2019 at the age of 21. His work continues to influence contemporary hip-hop and resonate with a global audience.
