Anthony Walker, also known as Baby Gap, was a break dancer from Chicago, Illinois. He was known for his role in the Gap Band, which he joined in the early 1980s during the group’s commercial peak. A nephew of the Wilson brothers, Walker contributed to the band as a songwriter, choreographer, dancer, emcee, and backing vocalist. He remained with the group for over two decades, continuing to perform after lead singer Charlie Wilson began his solo career. Walker also collaborated with Charlie Wilson and Billy Young on the Billy and Baby Gap album and performed alongside artists such as Rick James and George Clinton.
