Parker Lee Williams P Lee Fresh, or P-Lee when tagging, is a DJ, producer and graffiti artist from Chicago.[1] There is no Wikipedia article for this subject. Williams created the group Mental Giants with Akbar. Williams is the founder of the graffiti crew XMEN, the first Chicago hip hop club, Stepps, and the record company, Jazz Child.[2]
