Roger Suggs, professionally known as Vigalantee, is an emcee, speaker, and social activist based in Kansas City, Kansas. There is a Wikipedia article for this subject. Through both his music and activism, Vigalantee has worked to promote human, civil, and labor rights, while also supporting outreach programs aimed at keeping local youth out of prison.[1]
