Phashara is an American rapper from Chicago, Illinois. [1] There is a Wikipedia article for this subject. He was in numerous groups such as the Beatmonstas and Vibe Percent (later known as Sac. Fly). [2]Phashara eventually began to produce his own music as a solo musician.[3]
