Catherine Vernice Glover (July 24, 1962-September 24, 2024) was a funk, soul, pop, and rock dancer, vocalist, and choreographer from Chicago's North Lawndale neighborhood. There is a Wikipedia article for this subject. Glover began performing at age 5 in a group called the Soullettes. She frequently danced and sung for Prince in the late 1980s.
