BIG C.H.U.D. (an acronym for Chicago's Hottest Underground DJ) is a disc jockey and producer from Chicago, Illinois. He gained recognition for his work in clubs, on mixtapes, and as a co-host on WHPK 88.5 FM in the late 1990s. In the early 1990s, he began focusing on music production and later founded C.H.U.D. Muzik, a production company that established him as a prominent figure in the Chicago hip-hop scene. He is known for his involvement with Soul Selectors, a collective of club DJs and producers. BIG C.H.U.D. continues to perform as a guest DJ at various venues in Chicago and holds a residency at D’TOX Bar and Ultra-Lounge.[1]
