Kinetic Order is a hip hop duo from Chicago. Kinetic Order consists of Julian Akins, better known as Judgemental and Rob Bradford, better known as Rob Free.[1] There is no Wikipedia article for this subject.

In 1994, the duo went to New York City to attend the New Music Seminar, where Judgemental won the annual Battle for World Supremacy rap battle.
