Mick Luter is a rapper from Chicago. There is a Wikipedia article He rose to prominence in the Chicago battle rap scene alongside Lupe Fiasco.

Mick won The Source Magazine's Chicago Battle Champion in 2000, in which he was flown to New York to battle 11 contestants from all over the US.[1]
